Therefore, we do everything possible to make your experience with our product and with our web shop as good and enjoyable as possible as well.
Everything starts, of course, with a quality product that meets your expectations in every respect.
But delivery, service and aftercare are at least as important in our eyes.
We have put a lot of work into the website so that you have the best possible idea of what to expect from Dore Rooibos Cosmetics.

Delivery

You buy online and, of course, you want your order delivered as quickly as possible, reliably.
We strive to process and ship your order within one business day.
You can choose between home delivery or picking up your package at a pickup point near you.
We pack our products securely to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs of €6,95 will be charged for orders up to €80- in the Netherlands and Belgium.
From €80- the order will be shipped for free.
These conditions apply to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping of products ordered through Dore Rooibos Cosmetics will be sent by PostNL or DPD.

To the extent possible, we ship an order with multiple items at once.

Return

Undamaged items can be returned under certain conditions.
Items must be unused and undamaged.
Also, they can only be returned in their original undamaged packaging.
The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
The return period is 14 days starting one day after receipt of the order.

Returns are at the buyer’s risk.
This means that we are not liable for damaged or lost returned items.
Therefore, always ask for a tracing code at the post office and keep it safe.

  • An item must meet the following conditions to be returned:
  • You can return an item within 14 days.
    The period starts the day after receiving your order.
  • The item must be reported return prior by sending an email to teamdore@dorerooiboscosmetics.com with the subject line “Return Shipment.
  • The item will only be accepted for return if it is returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
    Therefore, we recommend keeping the supplied accessories at all times.
  • The packing slip or the (copy) invoice must be included in the package.
