2. Applicability

These general conditions apply to any quotation or offer from the entrepreneur and to any distance purchase between entrepreneur and consumer.

3. Delivery time

1. The entrepreneur shall deliver the accepted order within thirty days at the latest, unless a different delivery time has been agreed upon.

4. Payment and performance

5. The consumer has the obligation to pay the invoice amount no later than fourteen days after the conclusion of the agreement.
6. All costs to be incurred by the Contractor for the payment of the claim in and out of court shall be borne by the Client.
   These extrajudicial collection costs shall be calculated in accordance with the Decree on compensation for extrajudicial collection costs applicable pursuant to article 6:96 paragraph 5 of the Dutch Civil Code.

5. Right of withdrawal products

1. When purchasing a product, the consumer may cancel the contract without giving reasons within fourteen days.
   This period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.
2. The consumer may do what is necessary to assess whether the product meets his expectations.
   In doing so, the consumer should handle the product and its packaging with care.
3. Damage to the product caused by the consumer’s careless handling of the product as referred to in paragraph 2 shall be borne by the consumer.
4. If the consumer wishes to return the product, he must notify the entrepreneur within fourteen days in a manner indicated by the entrepreneur.
   Once the return has been notified, the consumer must return the product within the next fourteen days.
5. In case of revocation, the consumer should return the product with the supplied packaging and all supplied accessories in accordance with the instructions provided by the entrepreneur in this regard.
6. The consumer pays the cost of return shipping.
7. The business owner will refund the full invoice amount of the returned product to the consumer within fourteen days after the product is received by the business owner in return, or the consumer has provided proof of shipment.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal explicitly does not apply to:

7. Products that spoil within the 14-day withdrawal period.
8. Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons whose seal has been broken after delivery of the product.

7. Warranty

1. The consumer is entitled to the legal warranty and a sound product.
2. The delivered item must conform to the agreement.
3. Obvious mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
4. The warranty is void if:
   • The consumer has modified a product himself or had it repaired or modified by a third party.
   • There is damage due to careless use by the consumer, such as water or impact damage.
   • The consumer notifies the Entrepreneur of the defect immediately after discovering a defect in the product.

8. Applicable law and choice of forum.

1. The legal relationship between entrepreneur and consumer is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
2. The court where the consumer is domiciled shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes concerning or arising from the agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
